A Duplex With a View

Private pool patio ocean views

This duplex was recently renovated by JUMA Architects and Minimum Arquitectura, to maximize the mesmerizing ocean view. Check out there finished project below:

Steped patio design

Sun patio sea view

Steel canopies and wooden sun terraces were installed to provide a visual fusion of the two original spaces. The decor style goes a step further in blurring the boundary between inside an out, with the same chairs used in each of the dining areas, and a bright white palette visible throughout.

Old Theatre Inspiration

I loved the interior of this old theatre in London. Its actually the worlds oldest, surviving music hall, which makes it extra awesome. They still have concerts there, and practise spaces for budding musicians.

Chalkboard Wall: The Creative Minds Sketchpad

Dana Tanamachi

Creating a chalkboard wall is as easy as heading to your local hardware store and picking up a can of chalkboard paint for $20. It has so many uses, and always looks awesome. Here are some cool inspirations:

Lovely chalk wall in a dining space, paired with a vintage light fixture and Eames chairs. I like how all of the moulding was left white.

Undressed History: London Townhouse

This is a cool restored home in London, England. I love how they didn't try to cover up the history in the house, leaving the original stairs and walls with just a basic wall paint. The mix of new and old furniture gives the home an eclectic, mix-matched feel that correlate with the quirky history of the place.

Amazing stove!

Great office chair.

The gold framed mirror is perfect for the room.
